Air National Guard Civil Engineering Building
The Nevada Air National Guard Base Civil Engineering Building is a complete renovation of an outdated building, including new mechanical systems, electrical upgrades, and technology improvements. In addition to the remodeling of the building, new shops were added to suppport the civil engineering mission. The project encompassed the design of additional classrooms, conference rooms, and a new command suite. The exterior of the building is faced with concrete-masonry veneer to meet the base’s design guidelines and complement adjacent buildings. A new clerestory window system provides natural light and defines the main corridor. Recognition |
